The visitors enter to wonder through the installation where anonymous fabric “bodies” are dumped on the floor, they have to be stepped on to go in the installation as other possible routes are closed by barbed wire. Red bands connect all the “bodies” to each other, they bear exerts of immigration laws printed on them. The poignant image of the fabric bodies serve as a symbolic mirror of the treatment given to immigrants forcing visitors, who must walk over “them”, to relate to their situation.
